Hello, I've set my time zone in my profile settings such that if I look at logged data, it reflects my actual location/timezone. However, if I request non-xml data via Perl, say, the date I get back seems to be approx. GMT (maybe an hour off from that, depending on how daylight savings works). Is the onus on me to convert this after receiving it from the internets, or should the data feed to me reflect my profile settings?
Wouldn't this stuff be easier if we didn't have to account for daylight savings day unpleasantries?
