Hysteresis
« on: November 30, 2009, 01:10:40 PM »
I was wondering of you had any plans to add a adjustable hysteresis setting for the analog triggering and on board rules. This is the only thing holding me back from trying to use the io204 as differential temperature controller for a hot water solar system. I am thinking some thing like if channel a > channel b + x to trigger digital out on and if channel a < channel b + y to turn it off were x = on hysteresis and y = off hysteresis.

Hi Guys

I also think this would be a outstanding addition! In would also give the unit a brand new market!
You would then have a 2 channel differential controller with full web monitoring and logging!

Lets geter done!

That's a great site you have setup. The charts look great on that background image. Is that your place? Also, the data looks to be very useful.

Thanks. Yes the photo is of my place. The data provided has been good tool monitior the system and evaluate tweaks to the system to see improvent or not. I could use couple more iobridge's to do more monitoring of heating system as well.
