Linking problem

I got my IO-204 several weeks ago, connected to my network, linked it and everything worked fine.  Unfortunately, I want to place it in an area I don't have wired to my network.  I have a wireless bridge which I'd like to use to connect it, but while the IO-204 gets an IP address and has a green light through the bridge, I can't talk to it through your web site (it appears as offline).  I tried unlinking and re-linking it and now I can't get it to link.  Any suggestions?

So, it has a Green light but no connectivity? That's really odd. Can you verify that a laptop or a PC can get thru the bridge to surf the web?

If that does not work, send us your serial number to support@iobridge.com and we will look into it further.

Thanks for the speedy reply.  It looks like the problem was on my end.  I think I had the bridge set up to close to an electrical outlet and it was making the connection flaky.  Anyway, I moved it and was able to link it with no problem.  However, now I have another problem.  I have a servo controller connected to channel 2 which was working and now is not.  I used to get a green light on the servo controller, but I no longer get it.  When I try to access it through the widget it says it is offline.  I have a buzzer connected to channel 1 which still works fine.  I tried the servo controller on channel 1 since I know that channel is working and it still didn't work.

Is there is chance you hard-reset the IO-204 in your earlier troubleshooting?  If so, then the channel mode would have been reset to I/O mode instead of Servo mode.  That would keep the green LED from lighting up and it would also cause the widget malfunction.

That was it.  I changed it back to Servo mode and everything is working great!  Thanks for all the help.
