5V Rails

IOBRIDGE, if I were to provide 5V via the channel input pins could I bypass the need for the wall wart?  IE, the IO-204 module would still be able to function properly.  This could be helpful if I were using a seperate AC line to power an 8 channel triac/relay board.

it should work. i know hans @ iamshadowlord.com does something similar with his iobridge while traveling. he uses usb power over the terminal board
