Module offline

Just currious if anyone can help me or has had the same issue I am having. 

I moved the module to another network (away from where I am currently).  Everything was fine for a few hours after the move, but now all my widgets are offline.  I can remotly access the modem/network the 204 is on and the modem has given the 204 an IP address but I can't ping that address(via a PC on the local LAN using remote desktop).  I have changed the DHCP range in the modem (to make the 204 get a new IP) and rebooted the modem but the 204 never gets a new address. 

Obviously because I am not where the 204 is I can't see the lights or the display.

Any ideas?

UPDATE:

I went to where the 204 is in order to do more troubleshooting.  It was stuck on #3 as other people have discribed as in this post.  http://www.iobridge.net/forum/index.php/topic,610.0.html

I unplugged the network cable and plugged it back in.  It displayed #1 (1-2 sec) and then #2 (4-5 sec)and then stopped on #3 (I waited about 1 min).
I cycled power and almost instantly the LED went green(as I usualy see).

As of about an hour after power cycling everything is ok again.

I have had the same issue with the 204 getting stuck on #3 4-5 times now.  Both using a static IP / DNS(used google's dns 8.8.8.8) and using DHCP.  When the issue happens, sometimes I can ping the 204 but usualy not. I always have to power cycle it to fix it. And as the 204 is not nearby my usual location it is a pain to have to go to it.

Most recently the 204 was stuck on #1.  It had a static IP / DNS and had been running for a couple days.  For no apparent reason it went offline.  After power cycle its fine.

It seems most people have had their 204 be very reliable yet I am having to power cycle it every few days.  Any ideas why?  I am fairly knowledgeable with networking but this is stumping me.  If this issue is resolved I would potentially buy many more of the 204's as it is providing a great convience to me when it works.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

i randomly had a problem with mine recently.

try hard resetting the module. press the button while plugging the module power in. There should not be anything connected to the channel connectors while resetting. an animation will come on the screen for a few seconds, the module reboots, and all should work.

This problem seems to have been resolved.  The module has been running for 2 weeks now.  Hugely improved over the 1-2 days uptime I was having before.

Turns out the issue was EMI from some relays I was using. They were in very close proximity to the module. I relocated the relays away from the module and it seems to be fixed.
