Reset Iobridge?

Is there a way to reset the iobridge? I think mine is bugging out. I turn it on and it just keeps flashing 2 then 3. and so on forever. My internet works and it was just working.

also, in the actions and rules after i sync it says a % used. Is that how much the iobridge can hold or how much we are allowed to use?

It is the percent of the used space on the module. There's a physical limit of 1KB for the onboard rules and that's the percentage used by the rules.
