Wait in Actions

I would like a feature i think would be very helpful. Add a wait time in the actions section. This would allow to create more complex apps. I know it would help me a lot!

Yeah, I know what you mean.  However it's a lot harder to implement in the firmware than you may think.  All of the on-board rules run in parallel, so its not set up well for sequential based instructions.  For now you may be able to get by with clever use of the pulse output commands.
