ioBridge Server Temperature - temperature value is not updating

I am trying to diagnose why readings from my IO-204 freeze after a couple of hours and just looked at http://www.iobridge.com/ServerTempChart.html and the same thing has happened there.

The server temperature reading has been frozen at 102.5F and the values has not changes for >600 seconds. (usuually a little noise in the temp reading is present).

Has anyone else observed a similar problem and is there a way to fix??

I think when we moved servers, we did not re-connect the temperature probe. That demo is not really measuring our server temp anymore. We will have to start it up again.
