Problem reading voltage from LM35DZ

Hi,

I am having a problem obtaining the correct reading from a LM35 temperature sensor

At room temperature it should read around 0.25v [assuming around 25 degrees C]

The Iobridge is showing a reading of 0.080v , which is too low
the Iobridge raw reading is around 18
I have connected my circuit to an Arduino and it appears to be reading correctly [raw reading is around 45]

Is there something I am doing wrong here ?
